WE STAY ON SCHEDULE...
Designers share their expertise to help make each decision and transition easier for the client. Many contractors find that working with designers expedites construction and makes the job flow more smoothly. From selecting flooring to windows to structural elements, designers are able to communicate with contractors and tradespeople, making sure materials arrive on time and the project stays on schedule.

Once a project is complete, we often hear, "Wow, I could have NEVER done this without you.” As professional designers, we walk our clients through the remodeling process, present options, and break down decision-making into manageable steps. By having a well thought-out plan we save the client from making many costly changes along the way.

From a planning perspective, many clients prefer to work with designers because we are trained to see space from two angles: 1. how the space looks visually and 2. how the space performs functionally. Most clients can see a photo in a book or magazine and know they love it. It's the designers job to take the aspects of their clients inspiration and apply it to their project in a way that fits beautifully with their home and lifestyle. Also, designers have numerous purchasing resources to select materials, furniture and accessories that you may not find on your own.

WE REDUCE, REUSE, AND RECYCLE...
One of our goals on any project is to reduce waste. Using eco-friendly building materials and sustainable methods whenever possible, we can reduce our footprint on the earth, and reduce monthly bills. On a smaller scale, we are continuously finding innovative ways to reuse old materials, and re-purpose old furniture and lighting. If we cannot find a use for old materials, we will donate them creating a tax write-off for you!
